Registrations:

Register early as classes are limited. Registrations are a first-paid, first-registered basis. Tuition is nonrefundable except when the class is canceled or for medical emergencies.

DFAC reserves the right to cancel any class or activity that does not meet the minimum enrollment of 6 students (8 for model classes) in which case a full refund will be given.

Students should check on the status of their class before attending the first session. No transfers are permitted after class session has started as instructors are paid on a per student basis.

Gift certificates are available for purchase and may be applied to class registration and membership.

Releases:

I do hereby release the Dunedin Fine Art Center or any person or persons acting on its behalf from liability for any bodily injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of any personal articles while on the premises or while participating in any activity sponsored by the Dunedin Fine Art Center. Furthermore, the undersigned agrees that in the event medical attention is required due to accident or illness, the Dunedin Fine Art Center shall, without accepting fiscal responsibility, seek such medical services as it deems necessary and appropriate through EMS/911 and/or local hospitals.

I hereby allow the Dunedin Fine Art Center to take photographs of me or my enrolled child/children to be used for DFAC promotional and archival purposes only.
